Car was great for the first day until discovering the tires were in poor condition prior to pickup . Host communication absolutely terrible . Host did not respond about the issue even when I contacted them that I was stranded in the middle of nowhere at 3 in the morning due to there inconvenience and days after still no response. if I could give this a 0 star i would considering this could have ruined my vacation and didn’t even result in a full refund extremely disappointing experience.

The flat tire that you experienced on your trip, while the tread measured within acceptable range, was found to have premature inner sidewall wear due to improper alignment, which has now been rectified.
Usually we are able to solve on-trip incidents quickly, but when you messaged in the middle of the night demanding a refund 4 days into your non-refundable trip, we weren’t afforded that opportunity
Car messed up on me at the end of my trip.

It was determined that the particular charging station being used was keeping the vehicle awake but not charging the car, which led to the 12V battery discharging, requiring it to be jumped.
We came out promptly to get the guest back on the road in under 30 minutes.
Later in the trip this same occurrence with the charging station happened again and we came out after midnight with a replacement vehicle so the guest could finish out the remainder of his trip.
The 12V battery is testing normal.
