The quality of the car was in good shape, pickup location was good. I contacted the host about the insurance card and the registration because it wasn't inside the car. I got no response. I also got pulled over the police said the license plate and the Vin number didn't come back in the system. I told the host and asked if he could send something to me incase it happens again, he NEVER replied. I would think he would be more helpful because I paid over 600$ for 4 days. Very disappointing.
This was the most unbelievable made up story I’ve ever heard when he told me. I don’t know why he said I didn’t reply. We talked about and I assured him the plate a VIN matched the car. I wouldn’t have been able to rent the car out on Turo if it wasn’t. If been receiving toll bills in the mail for this car on Turo trips for the last 2 years.
