This was my first face to face pick up and it was super easy. We met at the location, and I was able to comfortably and quickly take my photos and get on with my day. The car is exactly what it represents. It’s an easy drive. Has USB hookups if you want to attach your phone and was clean and spacious enough for me and my kids. Also the gas usage can’t be beat with a Prius ever.

Great pick up location. Car was in good condition. Great gas mileage. Needed to extend my time a few times and they were able to do it. Would rent from them again.
