There was a lot to be said about my experience booking but the main thing I will point out is that the vehicles need to be properly inspected before hitting the road. The only reason I got this vehicle is because the first one was not properly working and I spent most of my rental time swapping out the cars with no refund on my trip. I was not properly compensated for the clear inconvenience on their part and I have proof to backup this review. I do hope with future customers please double check the vehicle before leaving the lot. Best wishes to all who book.
I’m very sorry for your experience, but unfortunately there is nothing I can do regarding the accident or the issues that happened during your trip. My car was returned with significant damage, no gas, and not clean, and it is currently waiting for repairs.
I always try my best to help my guests, but accidents on the road are beyond my control. Despite everything, I still wish you all the best and hope things work out for you.

Original car wasn’t available so they easily accommodated with the Prius. Host was very friendly! Requested to return the car early and they made it fairly easy. Only complaint is the initial smell of the car, everything else was great!
