i wish i could give 3.5 stars, it would be more accurate. the car itself was good enough value for the rental price, i think. no odors, drove well, got fairly good gas mileage. it had low tire pressure though, and the key didn't work manually in the lock and the buttons only did sometimes. i didn't have any major issues luckily.
pickup was not ideal. this is a used car lot, not an individual renter, so to pick the car up in the evening i had to go there by myself after they had closed. no one met me there, and no one was there to deal with the key issue. i understand this is the reality of turo, but i probably wouldn't rent from them again knowing they are not a private citizen.

Under Turo’s policies, hosts may cancel a reservation if a guest does not show or late
Response time with owner was very quick and easy. Maintenance was top notch just needed to stay on top of oil changes upon miles. Very quick and easy. Pick up and drop off was thorough and quick. Very reliable car and business. Have nothing negative to say the least. Prices are affordable as well! Communication was straight forward all and all top notch. Thank you again! Will be coming back!
