The car ran well and I had no issues with how it drove. However, I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness and condition of the vehicle. Both the interior and exterior were very dirty when I picked it up. I contacted the host about the condition, and they were accommodating and sent me money to have the exterior washed, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, the inside of the car also needed more attention. There were a lot of watermarks and stains on the seats, and it looked as though a child had eaten a granola bar in the car because there were crumbs left behind. I also noticed that there was no windshield washer fluid in the vehicle, which is something that should be checked and filled before the car is rented out.
Overall, I appreciate the host being responsive and compensating me for having the exterior cleaned, but I do feel the vehicle should have been thoroughly cleaned and properly checked before being given to the next client. Cleanliness and basic vehicle maintenance are important parts of the rental experience, and hopefully these issues can be addressed going forward.

The car worked perfectly. The only downside was the strong cigarette smell, and we even found a cigarette butt inside the car. I recommend giving all the seats a thorough cleaning because they smell too. Other than that, the girl was super nice, and everything else was perfect
