Pickup was fine, but the car was dirty inside and out. All the cute holders had food inside them and I do t know when the last time the backseat was used. But there was a layer of dust on all the seatbelts.

With all due respect, I’m surprised by this review. The vehicle was cleaned and inspected before the trip, and I have not received any photos or other evidence supporting these concerns. I take cleanliness seriously and would have gladly addressed any issue if you had contacted me during the trip. For future rentals, a newer vehicle may better meet your expectations.
