The host was very nice and apologetic, however I did still experience some issues with the vehicle, which led me to return it early for safety concerns. I rented the car to go from the Bay Area to LA for a few days, around a 6 hour drive. During the trip I noticed the following things that started as inconveniences, but escalated into larger issues:
1) The usb charging port would not charge my phone, forcing me to stop and buy a car charger.
2) The touch screen in the car had some sort of malfunction. You could not connect via Bluetooth, when you tried to press it I took you to the AM station.
3) The tire pressure light came on, about 2 hours into the trip.
4) The car overheated twice on the trip, which was my biggest safety concern, as that can cause total engine failure depending on the severity.
