Smoke smell in the car and had to go car wash before i started my trip

Thank you for your feedback. I sincerely apologize for the smoke smell. This is a non-smoking vehicle, but unfortunately a previous guest smoked inside despite our policy. I cleaned and aired out the vehicle before your trip, but some odor may have remained. I’m sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate you bringing it to my attention.
Car was great washed and ready to go when I got there , extended the trip one more day no problems , will definitely be rent again

Care was good except it had a llt of chemical cleaners and scents inside that was very difficult to manage with someone who has chemical sensitivities.

Enjoyed my trip very much it was very smooth sailing for the whole thing from pick up to drop off and I was able to communicate easily with Aynura and overall the car was great
