Car performance is excellent although there exists minor bumps/scratches, but the condition is top notch. Pickup and return communications were straightforward and very responsive.

Good communication from the owner, which I appreciated. However, the pictures did not accurately reflect the current condition of the car. It did not look as nice as advertised, there is significant sun damage on the front fender and visible damage to the front of the vehicle that was not mentioned in the listing or shown in the photos. The interior was not fully cleaned upon pickup. There was trash on the rear floor, and the inside could definitely use a more thorough detailing.
While the cosmetic condition was disappointing, the overall rental experience itself wasn’t bad.
