Car pick up was smooth host had it ready. Back window was dirty but honestly it didn’t impact my trip. There is a clunky sound when turning but I had no issues driving the car. Would rent it again.

Negligent - gave cigarette smoke ridden car despite co hosts pictures - Host knew he/she giving bad car. We had to drive with windows down in cold. No option to reject car with schedule l. Unacceptable 100% complaint lodged with Turo - not paying for gas nor toll fee
I respectfully disagree with this review. The vehicle was provided in very good condition and was clean at the start of the trip, consistent with the listing photos and previous guest feedback. The car is clearly marked as non-smoking, in accordance with Turo’s rules.
Once a trip begins, the vehicle is under the guest’s control car is a very good condition for mechanical if you feel some smell I apologize
