Customer service was great! There were a few issues with key fob but Rashad actually sent a locksmith to where I was staying to fix issue. He was so responsive! He gave me permission to return car beyond the original arranged time. I would certainly rent this way again, I was assured I would deal with Rashad!

Check in went well.Clean car loved the interior,not sure if it's a v8 but it was a rough ride seemed to struggle excelerating and loud noise coming from engine had to turn radio up loud to drown out the sound , got me and my kids to and from the destination safely without breaking down TG! early return check in went smooth.
