The host was almost 30 minutes late, so I missed the meeting that I was supposed to go to and once I got into the car, there was a array of issues with the car such as the brake light is missing the car battery was so low that the car did not detect the remote control so I actually had to go to a hardware store to get batteries for the car and the host. I texted the host. The host didn’t even bother responding. The whole thing is been a huge mess. I contacted Turo. They did nothing about it. The card wouldn’t even start cause the battery was so so low.
Kaifusha, we are sorry for inconvenience. but we told you that we would be late and you agreed, fi you knew that you wouldnt be able to make to meeting then why didnt you rebook with turo. the co host explained to you that that brake light message is due to after market bulb that we placed on the car. the battery for keyfob was good i dont know what are you talking about

it was with previous renter and it caused a big issue but customer left, didnt have time for vehicle swap
