The host was nice but is very greedy and charges for every little thing, no leniency.
She also has this new feature where you have to choose between refundable and non refundable options on some of her cars which should not even exist on this platform. I chose the non refundable and accidentally changed the dates to a day less. The host was not willing to work with me. I ended up paying double because I needed the car for an extra day. Also by the time I got to her location to return the car, one single notch was missing from the gas tank and she sent me an invoice for $21. This host is too greedy and does not give leniency or grace to her returning customers but expects a 5 star review every time and will message you if don’t leave a good review.
The car was okay. It got me from point A to point B just fine. However, it smelled like cat urine when I first got inside and made a subtle, intermittent tapping/rattling sound I don’t know where the noise came from but it is very subtle and intermittent enough to be ignored.
