Car quality is good, i didn’t like the pick up location it was kind of hard and confusing finding the car. Over the car was great tho, radio and ac work good. I didn’t like that the gps wouldn’t connect to the screen tho it was hard looking at my phone for the gps while driving.
Hi Caitlynn, thanks for your feedback. I’d like to clarify that the vehicle was parked at the hospital exactly as stated in the listing and pickup instructions. Also, this 2020 Hyundai Accent does not have Apple CarPlay, and the listing never advertised that it did. We’re glad the car, A/C, and radio worked well and that you enjoyed the vehicle overall. Given that the concerns were not related to inaccuracies in the listing, we feel a 4-star review is unfair. Thanks again for renting with us.
