The check-in process was quick and easy, and the host was extremely responsive. I needed to adjust my pickup time earlier, and although there was an additional fee, the process was smooth and hassle-free thanks to their communication.
The car itself was very clean, well-maintained, and easy to drive. It handled great throughout my trip, including a longer drive, and I had no mechanical issues at all.
The only minor concerns were with the brakes making a slight noise right after leaving the pickup location. It wasn’t anything alarming and didn’t impact the trip, but it was noticeable at first. Additionally, the phone holder placement wasn’t ideal—it’s positioned to the left, which made navigation a bit distracting, especially at night. The headlights also didn’t seem as bright as expected, which made driving on darker highways a little more challenging.
Overall, it was a great experience. The vehicle was reliable, clean, and comfortable, and the host made everything easy from start to finish. I would definitely rent from them again.
