Car died on day 2, pick up location was insanely sketchy, still haven’t received a refund

We apologize for the inconvenience. The vehicle had a battery issue on day two, which we promptly resolved by replacing the battery. Afterwards, I reached out four times to offer a refund on unused days and redeliver the car, but never received a response. I made every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. The vehicle was provided at the agreed-upon pickup location listed in the reservation. While you may not have felt comfortable with the area, the location was not changed or misrepresented.
