The host was amazing, very attentive, and always responsive throughout the rental. Unfortunately, the vehicle itself had a few issues that could use some improvement. It definitely served its purpose and got me where I needed to go, but I would consider it more of a last minute or emergency rental. The windows are manual, the Bluetooth would not connect, and the connection settings switched to Spanish when I was trying to connect, even though everything else was in English and the car display settings were set to English, which was a little unusual. During the trip, the host also reached out to ask if I could stop by his mechanic for a quick inspection because Turo was requesting it. I was unable to do so since it would have been an inconvenience during my trip. I also noticed the transmission felt somewhat jerky while driving. Overall, the host was great to work with, and I really appreciated his communication and responsiveness. The vehicle itself just had a few things that could be improved
