Buckle up. To begin, this host was amazing! I am beginning to question my loyalty to Turo. We rented the BMW as our second choice. Two days before our trip we were contacted and informed that our first choice of vehicle was taken out of service. This is what brought us to our second choice and the BMW 3. Lovely vehicle. When driving in town it drove fine. Once out on the highway we had to stop going around 45 and the entire vehicle shook like it was going to come apart. Lights on the dash came on and an alert to take it to the dealer immediately. It was frightening! We were blocks from our condo so we limped it there and parked it. After going back and forth with the host we decided it would be best to cancel the rental. Turo said they’d make it right but they wouldn’t do anything until the host had picked up the vehicle and confirmed it hadn’t been wrecked. Once that happened, which took 30 hours, escalating to a manager and demanding compensation with full refund, we are in a new rental. It all worked out but we were stranded at our condo on SPI with no car, walking to find a place to get food, and having to pay for an uber to get to our new rental. I’m exhausted!

Normal wear and tear that unfortunately happened during your trip . Quite surprised because when we drove it to drop it off according to the speed limit we didn't notice anything or see any dashboard notifications.
Regardless, All issue have been addressed. We installed 4 new breaks and Rotors! Cars top of the line again!
