Very bad communication I had to call 9 times at 11 am for him to answer the phone then again at 850 pm he wasn't answering I need someone to answer when you have there car

I pride myself on responding to my guests in a timely manner each time. Each time I responded within 10 minutes. The guest locked the keys in the car and could have reached out to Turo Roadside instantly. She also returned the car 1 day early which I was not expecting. I always respond to my guests in a timely fashion.
