Three issues in the first 24 hours. Pickup was delayed because the door code wasn’t sent prior and resulted in needing to call. The key fob showed a low battery warning on arrival. The next morning the front right tire pressure warning came on, with that tire at 27 PSI versus 32 to 34 on the others, which I filled up myself to keep the trip going. Host was polite when contacted, but the car was clearly not inspected or prepped fully before the rental.
Very disappointed with this review, both low tire pressure and low battery was not present at the time of rental, I offered to come and take care of both, Turner said that he did not need any assistance, both of those items are out of my control since both of them were not an issue at the time of the rental. As to communication, I sent the code but for some reason it did not go through on guests side. I apologized and answered phone call as soon as he called.
