Guidelines
PLEASE NO SMOKING OR NO EATING INSIDE THE VEHICLE! Any smoke smells, stains or residue may be billed up to $250! SMOKING INCLUDES VAPING AND E-CIGS! Your responsibility for any tolls and violations during the trip as well. Do NOT use air freshener to cover up any smells either or you will be charged a cleaning fee for strong aromas. Please do NOT use any cleaning products in our vehicles. Should you need to wipe down any surfaces, use only water and microfiber towel.

Do I need to return your car with a full tank of fuel?
No, you do not. You can opt for the prepaid gas or I'm happy to fill up the car at the fuel station 0.5 mile from my home after you drop it off. I will request reimbursement through Turo for true cost of gas only. This comes with a $10 convenience charge from Turo.
I know the vehicle is equipped with EZ pass, but what if I want to pay cash for any tolls on my own?
Please do not pay cash for any tolls. The EZ pass is quicker for you, and even offers a bit of a discount when used verses paying cash. In additional the EZ pass will be charged each time you go through a toll regardless of if you pay cash or not. I can't emphasize enough, please do not pay any cash at a toll. I will be requesting reimbursement from you through the Turo app regardless if you paid cash or not.
