The car was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go when we arrived. The pickup process was simple and hassle-free.
For the first time while traveling, we encountered an unexpected issue and got a flat tire. Within minutes, our host contacted us to make sure everything was going smoothly and immediately stepped in to help. He took care of everything, and even reimbursed the out-of-pocket expenses we incurred within minutes.
Thanks to his quick response and exceptional customer service, we were back on the road and enjoying our trip in no time.
