Unfortunately, I didn’t have the most pleasant experience with this particular BMW upon entering the car I realize a couple of codes on the dashboard that made me a little nervous one saying the coolant level was low. The other saying something about a drivetrain malfunction every time I went over 40 mph of the car, Shuk rapidly not sure if it was gonna cut off on me or not since I had to go to work and you’re only drove it to and from I didn’t have time or the convenience to get rid of it or turn it back in however I do think some type of compensation may be necessary to make me more comfortable moving forward with this app and the company as I purchase insurance for a car that really needs multiple repairs. Lastly, the bumper was hanging off as if it would be left in the middle of the street by going over a pothole. The car was about $100 per day and I think it was a little expensive for the condition it was in.

The car driver rough, the horn don’t work, check engine light on, and seems to have some jerking to it.. feel like host just through anything on the app

Hello. Sorry if you didn’t have a great experience. It’s not that I through anything on the app. The previous guest drove across several starts, got 7 speeding tickets, and had an accident. Cosmetics was repaired but it seems he caused more damage. Most guest don’t take care of cars like it’s theirs and it’s not easy for maintain cars that I don’t drive since I’m a single person and not a large company like Avis. It costs upfront money. But I’m taking the car in to have it looked at. Thanks 🙏
