The vehicle was okay overall, but it was not detailed or presented to the standard expected of a luxury car. The front passenger window did not roll down, which I only noticed after driving off. The tires also appear to be worn and in need of replacement. Additionally, the ashtray had a lingering smoke scent from the previous driver. While the car drove decently, it did not deliver the luxury experience I was expecting.

The fact that you left this negative review after I charged you for extra miles that you didn’t want me to charge is ridiculous. The car was very clean with photos to prove it. The tires all has very good thread brand new tires with receipts to prove it. The only issue you had was the window didn’t roll down. Which you brought to my attention nothing else. You said everything was great in a message to me. Now you have all these complaints.
