I had my monthly booking discounts set to 13% when the booking happened i noticed it said 23% discount which i am 100% sure that setting never changed. took screen shots of it and will follow up with Turo. Apologized to the customer directly but that was either a glitch or someone in the back end did something because the customer had informed me he was on the phone with customer service to get a deal
