The key fob had a low battery and after contacting this person to replace it, I heard nothing. The car drove really rough and could only see at night with the headlights on bright.

Well the simple fix is to take the key near the start stop button. It didn't say low battery because there battery is brand new. Guest never responds to our msgs. There is a calling optiom which she didnt think about using. There was no issue with the car.

Car is shaky when braking, key was a nuisance because it kept not recognizing when we tried to drive.

Key Fob Battery got low during his trip. As for the brakes we got them replaced few months back the previous guest didn't mention anything about brakes and just got our mechanic to inspect it and it was ok so don't know exactly what the guest stated about it.
Car was reliable, pickup and pickup location were easy. Overall a good experience.

Spoke to the guest as to why a 4 on maintenance he mentioned on the phone nothing was wrong he said he heard a sound which he couldn't explain but didn't have any maintenance issues during the trip and said the car drove well. Just thought 4 was a good score.
