Everything was absolutely perfect! The ride was nice and I had no issues with the car. It was a 3 day business trip and the owner was very communicative even when I had questions upon arriving to pick up the car. I would recommend to anyone and I’d rent from him again. Thank you!

Not responsive at the end of the trip even though they saw my messages. Initial messaging to get keys was confusing

It was our first time renting a car on Turo, and the experience was good overall. Pick-up took about 20 extra minutes, but the process was clear and the car was clean. Most importantly, it worked perfectly for what we needed.
The car had a slight unpleasant smell that remained even after being washed ,nothing major, just something that could be improved. Overall, we were satisfied with the service. Thank you very much for everything!
