Would not rent from this person again. I don't need to go into details bc he will respond how he will and what I say will mean nothing though I have never had an issue in all the times renting a Turo and this time I was disappointed in way to many ways. From the very start up until the last day from how much I paid , to where I got it , problems with the car , smell of the car when I got it , etc. I am going through breast cancer and took my son a trip before my surgery coming up and should have stuck with Uber or a different seller as it took away from our entire trip and cost me more than it should have. The seller does know the word sorry though actions speak louder than words. I came home and had to have a procedure before the surgery so I now will be contacting Turo personally too.
