Hands down the easiest rental I’ve ever had will be back ever time.

The car itself wasnt bad, however we had to wait over 30 mins to retrieve the car bc the owner was late....once we began driving we realized that the AC wasnt working properly. Informed the host who then asked if I had the AC buttons activated bc it was working fine at drop off....needless to say we didnt use the AC much during this 2 day trip

2 stars for getting us to our destination and back without incident.
But the photos were misleading-they were taken when the car was new. I was incredibly disappointed because I know these Impalas well and love them. I hated getting into the vehicle due to the smell. We had the windows down as much as we could to help but it did little. I am floored they released this vehicle with the shimmy it has. Rather than go on and on, I just decided to list why I stopped at 2 stars. Either invest in the vehicle and make it great, or drop the charge. This listed the same price as a 2025 Nissan Altima. No way is this anywhere near that.
-Someone smoked in the vehicle at some point because it stunk like a smoker car badly, then stunk more with whatever air freshener used to try to cover it up. It was overwhelming
-One of the rear wheels has a shimmy that was audible and felt the entire trip. Felt unsafe when breaking due to the serious vibration - it would vibrate the entire car
-Car has 174,000 miles on it as of 07/26
-Difficult to view the fuel gauge because the plastic covering has bubbled so bad
-Lots of exterior scratches and dings, even rust under driver side fender. Paint on doors peeling between the windows
- A/C blower only had high and low speeds, All the middle speed options don’t work.
- Auto climate control doesn’t work-I set it to 65 and it shut off even though it was hot in the car. Should’ve been blowing full blast cold.
-Set the A/C to Low to get cold air. Move it one notch up to 65 and it blows hot.

Sorry to hear you had a bad trip with the smoke smell but it’s hard to get a smell out in less then 24hrs. Vehicles runs and drives great from all our previous trip didn’t get any bad reviews. But we do offer newer vehicles also
