Luis was an exceptional host. Communicative and professional. He was accommodating of more than one change to plan (pickup/dropoff location and time) adjusting his schedule to meet a 2 hour change in mine and handoff his car early.
The car is beautiful, everything worked as advertised, the hardtop convertible was perfect for Pensacola’s finicky beach weather, allowing me to take advantage of sun and night trade winds and cover up when the rain came multiple times daily.
Like any vehicle made in 2018 this one has signs of use and age but it’s an eye-catcher and I had several unsolicited complements from folks throughout the rental. I enjoyed Luis’s 4-series as much as the 2024 M4 I rented in Miami a few months earlier. I’d definitely rent this car (or any car Luis hosted) again. I highly recommend Luis.
