Incentive details and eligibility

If you list a car on Turo between June 20 and July 20, 2025 and it meets our eligibility criteria, you will earn an incentive from Turo of $1000 per car, up to $10,000 total for 10 cars.
This incentive program is invite-only, and to take part, you must have received an email from Turo inviting you to participate.
The applicable incentive payment is paid within 10 days after the end of the month.

Vehicle eligibility

In order to count for the incentive, vehicles must be added in one or more of the following markets: Oahu or Maui, HI / Denver, CO / Anchorage, AK / Salt Lake City, UT / Great Falls, MT.
In order to count for the incentive, each vehicle listed, including new and previously listed vehicles, must have completed at least five trip days on Turo between June 20 and July 20, 2025.
In order to count for the incentive, each vehicle listed, including new and previously listed vehicles, must be available for booking on Turo on July 4, July 5 and July 6 2025.
In order to count for the incentive, vehicles must be model year 2019 or newer.
For the purposes of this incentive, Turo will refer to the internal tracking data as the source of truth for all vehicle qualification information.

Incentive period

The incentive period runs from June 20, 2025 (incl.) to July 20, 2025 (incl.).
Vehicles previously listed on Turo by the same host or a related party within the past six months are not considered new for purposes of calculating portfolio growth.

No fraudulent activity allowed

Trips used to meet the five-trip day threshold must be completed by unique guests and must not be flagged for fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or review. Trips by friends, family, or people you know are considered fraudulent activity.
Turo reserves the right to disqualify trips deemed to be below-market, promotional, or that aren’t conducted at arm’s length in determining trip day qualification.
Each vehicle’s VIN must be unique and can’t be added to more than one host or portfolio during the program period.
Hosts may not share vehicles across multiple accounts or move vehicles between portfolios. Any such activity may disqualify both accounts.

General terms

Headers in this document are provided for convenience and not to be interpreted to limit or affect any terms or conditions.
Incentives are non-transferable, not for resale, and can’t be combined with other offers.
In the event your vehicle is unable to be used for trips for reasons outside of your direct control, Turo may, in its reasonable discretion, still honor the incentive.
Turo reserves the right to withhold or revoke incentive payments at its sole discretion in cases of suspected abuse, gaming the program mechanics, or behavior inconsistent with the spirit of the program. All decisions by Turo regarding qualification and incentive eligibility are final.
