This STI was a highlight of the vacation! Great ground clearance for bumpy roads and mountain pull offs, great handling, and a peppy motor. I did see a prior review mention setting a check engine light; I did as well, climbing Mt. Hood. Thats a lot to ask of a modified car, and a battery disconnect cleared it immediately. It did not come back.
Id recommend this rental to anyone who loves driving, and to bring a 10mm wrench just in case! We loved it and would rent again.

Car was a total blast. Felt like a motorsports week.....very fun and engaging car if thats what you want. The turbo sounds awesome! She's loud!

Host was great and very responsive, car was in good condition and drove great, only issue was check engine light coming on and disabling features like cruise control and traction control. Car still drove great with check engine light on, but it was an unfortunate surprise.
