The car was good , except the radio didn’t work. It got me where I needed to go. The host was great He communicated with me. The location to pickup and return was close and hassle free. I will rent from Turo again and recommend to others. Thank you.

For the good: The car got us from point A to point B to point C and back to point A. It was clean and the AC worked super well. For the negative: the car had no radio. Another guest had already mentioned it and they couldn't get it figured out. They did not disclose this until after I had picked up the car and it was too late to change the reservation. If the car was set to even slightly on the warm side of the temperature dial, the air would get progressively hotter despite the dial being left in the same place. The window switch on the driver side door for the front passenger window would roll the window down but not back up. I recommend contacting the company prior to booking to confirm whether issues have been resolved or not.
