I had an excellent experience renting from Jalen! The car was exactly as described, clean, well maintained, and drove perfectly throughout my trip. Jalen was also kind enough to accommodate an earlier pickup at my request, which I really appreciated and made my trip much easier. Communication was great from start to finish, with clear instructions and quick responses whenever I had a question. The pickup and drop-off process was smooth and convenient. I would definitely rent from Jalen again and highly recommend renting from him to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free experience!
