Car was very well kept, no issues at all! Host was very professional, and the communication was great. I will definitely recommend her and services.

The car was dog dirty filthy and smelled like a nasty dirty dog with dog hair all thru the vehicle. I was dumb enough to listen to her say I already took pictures you don’t have to. Because the pictures would serve way more justice. The car needs mechanical work and making way too many noises. We literally had to get a car wash and use multiple fragments to even ride in the car. No way this car should be allowed on Turo because of the filth and scary noises.

The car was cleaned before you got it there was no dog hair anywhere in it at all what so ever.. there was also no smell.. only thing I didn’t do to the car was wash it.. if there was a smell maybe it was you because the car had no smell at all.. I can smell everything so I know for a fact it didn’t lol.. And the car isn’t making any noises at all but again if you wanna drive a new car go to enterprise.. it’s clear you ain’t got one or it wouldn’t get you to where you needed to go lmao..
I don’t think I’ve ever had to leave a negative review on Turo, but the car smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, the interior floorboards, seats, and exterior were dirty, there were codes lit up on the dashboard, the exterior is rusted and there were grinding sounds when turning the steering wheel. I’m not sure how the car met the standards set by Turo.

It’s one light on in that car and that’s the tire pressure light which is because of the sensor.. clearly you can see how the car looks before you book it so if there was a issue on how the exterior looked then you should have booked a different car.. Besides it’s a 2017 if you wanted to drive a newer car then you should have booked one. Plus you booked for one day chile you paid like $40 go to enterprise next time since you got high standards lmao.
