First car’s check engine light came on while one of the accompanied/accepted drivers were driving the car. It stopped accelerating, then they were told to go to auto zone for him. Sean let us get another car, but the driver was already about 40 minutes from Greenville. The refund was only around $20.00. He changed the miles from 600 to 400 on the app. And while they were at Autozone, he couldn’t answer the phone and the driver was told to attend to someone else (something minor, but it was accompanied by the other issues. The second car drove fine though.

I’m sorry your driver experienced this as it’s never our intention for our vehicles to malfunction. We gave the option of towing the vehicle or bringing it back to the original pickup location but we instructed to stop by autozone on the way as your driver was an hour away. Your driver chose to drive it, we gave options is all we can do in that situation.
Our policy is impossible to change the mileage in the middle of a trip. We also called your driver right back. Sorry for your exp.
The car was clean and didn't have any issues. It was reliable and dependable. The host was amazing. I would absolutely recommend Turo.

The car quality was great the host did not properly cleaned the car and left weed residue in the car! I work for FedEx and if we get stopped out I can’t work at all.. made no accommodation and stopped answering the phone after I bought to his attention!
