Bad experience!
The vehicle lacked proper insurance documentation, which resulted in law enforcement pulling us over. The car was eligible for impoundment, which caused an incredibly stressful delay and a missed appointment. Attempted to reach the host during the incident but received no response for hours. Later, a third party messaged from the account via text to deny a trip extension, and didnt address the documentation issue. I paid for vehicle protection and expected a seamless experience, but unfortunately encountered major coverage and communication issues.
