Overall the car was great, and Richard was very responsive. The car did, however, have a slight smoke smell.

Easy to communicate, pick up, drop off, modify trip, worked great. Only feedback would be that the car had a smoke smell to it that was a bit overwhelming for the first 20 seconds every time you get in before running the air.
