Vehicle barely had any gas at the time of pick up, car needs a lot of maintenance work and was very dirty on the inside!

I strive to keep my vehicles well maintained and welcome feedback from my guests. However, I inspected the vehicle before and after the trip and found no maintenance or cleanliness issues. The vehicle was rented before this trip without any concerns being reported. Regarding fuel, the vehicle had gas at pickup and Turo’s policy requires guests to return the vehicle at the same fuel level as at the start of the trip. I appreciate your feedback and I’ll continue to prioritize a reliable experience
