Waited 20 mins on host to arrive after scheduled time to get physical key, no lock box available. A/C in summer is lukewarm, not cold at all and I was extremely hot stuck in traffic on the highway. Couldn’t get AirPlay to work consistently. Very mid trip.

This was easy rental I have every experience. The car was wonderful and the host was so kind by explaining everything to me. King was so helpful by being patient with an older lady. Thank You for making everything so easy .
