Not any of the car owners fault that they're getting such a low rating. The reason they're getting such a low rating is this app is complete trash. I was not able to sign into the app to get my appointment with this car so if I had to cancel my trip because I couldn't sign into the app. I did everything correctly and repeatedly over the course of many hours I was not able to sign into this app. When I messaged customer service about getting a refund because I was not able to take the trip due to their negligence, they issued me a partial refund which did me fuck all good. So I would recommend the owner once again or the host whatever they called him. As far as the app goes, it can eat my ass. It is complete trash do not use it because fuck these people.

Not pleased with the driving condition of the vehicle. Way too many known alerts with the vehicle that the driver reviewed before I left. I should've canceled then, but I needed a vehicle. This vehicle started shaking on the highway at 60mph. Also, we turned in the vehicle 12 hours earlier not expecting any refund. This host called me with a zillion instructions as if his car was a Rose Royce. He also kept saying he was coming downstairs to meet me for the drop off and never did. Not cool. NEVER AGAIN. TURO, THIS VEHICLE SHOULD NOT BE RENTED.
