Tires 🛞 no good! Deflation or tire 40 minutes into trip. Gave notice of tire pressure warning ‼️ light on. Was told wouldn’t be an issue, half hr later tire deflated. Spare was in truck but also deflated 🤦🏾♂️
Co-Host was Solid (Edwardo) I believe was his name of I spelled correctly.
I was reimburse, but this was a major inconvenience for me do to me having to work on the opposite side town.
This vehicle had no issues before going on the trip. 40 minutes into his trip, on the other side of town, the guest has a hole in the side of the tire and was giving off very strange responses when we asked questions — it felt like trying to pass guilt. We did not charge this guest for the tire out of good faith. We offered to change the tire out with a new one on the spot — or accommodate the guest via other routes but he refused everything. We take care of our guests. This does not reflect us.

Dragisa is a pleasure to work with! Eduardo was kind enough to pick up the vehicle from me instead, I had a change of plans with my trip and appreciate the flexibility. The car runs smoothly, very warm for the winter, and safely got me to and from where I needed to be. Thanks for the immaculate service!
