The horn was not working even after I was told what to do

We informed the guest that there was an additional button located next to the steering wheel that could be used to activate the horn if there was difficulty with the primary horn.
For context, when the guest picked up the car, she appeared unfamiliar with its operation as she did not know the car was running after starting it and could not turn on the headlights without assistance. We made every effort to provide clear instructions and guidance to operate the vehicle correctly and safely.
Host was EXCELLENT! Car was perfect and I will rent again soon!
