This trip was absolutely amazing, I booked it for a certain amount of days and got it extended for my birthday plans. They were so responsive and accommodating, and the car drove so smooth, will definitely be booking again!!

Overall, the trip was okay, but I was disappointed by the condition of the vehicle, especially given the price. There was a noticeable weed odor that was not disclosed until I contacted the host about it. I also noticed what appeared to be a burn hole in the driver’s seat, a driver’s door handle that looked poorly repaired, residue on the center console, and a cracked left rear taillight.
The vehicle was drivable, but I don’t feel the condition matched what I paid for. I believe these issues should have been disclosed in the listing so renters know what to expect before booking.
One additional suggestion would be to provide more specific pickup instructions. While the intersection was provided, it would have been helpful to know that the vehicle was parked across from a neighborhood. Including that level of detail would make locating the vehicle much easier for future renters, especially those unfamiliar with the area.
I appreciate the host’s communication after I reached out, and I hope these items are addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

We offered this guest to swap to another car that we had available at no extra cost and she declined. The smoke smell was due to the previous trip with the car. We had only an hour to prepare it for the next trip since it was just returned and did our best to eliminate any smells and clean it up to make it rental ready. Regarding location difficulty, a community address would be more confusing as the car is not parked by a house, but parallel parked opposite of the intersection we give the guest

The battery kept dying and overall the car should be fixed completely before renting out

After your trip, we found evidence that smoking occurred in the vehicle, and the driver’s door handle was damaged to the point that it was no longer properly attached to the door. We also want to note that no issues were reported to our team at any point during the trip. If the battery had actually died, the vehicle would not have remained operable for continued use. Based on this experience, we would not feel comfortable doing business with you again.
