The car itself is great. The host is very pleasant, but had trouble with his follow up. His car was not delivered on time, and he change the address at the last minute as well, causing us to have to drive further.
We had trouble with the vehicle when it turned out three of the five Lugnuts on one of the tires were missing. Super scary. we don’t think that was the host fault and it may have been related to some theft at his place of business. He kindly offered to refund the trip price but never made that request from Turo. We repeatedly asked him for support but Turo said he never asked for our refund. Very irritating and time-consuming.
