Excellent car in great condition! It was full of gas, had great AC, and a really good sound system. Andy was very punctual. In fact, he even delivered the vehicle 20 minutes before the scheduled time. I’m very grateful for the great service and would definitely recommend him to anyone else. I would absolutely rent from him again!

Great but hate that I have to Uber from airport to a parking lot pickup the car made me spend alot

Host was very communicative but care was a huge disappointment. I made host aware of the issues with the car. I felt extremely unsafe driving it, but had a lot of stops to make for work.
I do expect some sort of compensation for this rental as I am not willing to recommend this site to anyone.

I stayed in communication throughout the trip and was willing to work toward a solution, though scheduling made a swap difficult at the time. The vehicle completed the trip without mechanical issues, and the rental was extended after the concerns were discussed. I appreciate the feedback and will continue improving the guest experience.
