Great car! Very easy to rent.

Vehicle is in need of repair and is not evident until certain driving conditions. Not visually. Addressed concerns with Host then I was contacted via my personal cell by husband. Did not understand why. Requested resolution, offered to switch to Jeep. I did not decline but instead questioned additional compensation. Jordan becomes combative and concludes with “Cancellation” of trip. “HOW SWAY?” 🤷🏾♂️
No worries 😌 my businesses’ need for rental cars will continue w/ TURO but not w/ ANYONE affiliated w/ GR RENT MY CAR. Ty ✌🏾
You admitted to driving off road and damaging our vehicle by driving through pot holes. Then you demanded another vehicle and financial compensation for the trip being cut short (at your request). We even offered to help you financially since you are struggling with your business, but ultimately we cannot help people who do not treat us or our vehicles with respect. I’m glad you won’t be renting from us again. We believe everyone deserves respect, and you were very mean when we tried to help
