My host was amazing, thank you!!!! The car was reliable and great on gas. The only slight issue with the car is the driver seat only goes backwards when I hit the button but won't go forward 😆 will use again.

The car was perfect. The only reason the rating isn’t as good is because the soul purpose of getting the car was to avoid ubering. We set the pickup and dropoff filter to the airport, and booked this. Afterwards, we ended up having to pay over 100$ in ubers because it was in fact not picked up or drop off at the airport. If we wanted to drop off our car at the location we were at they said they would charge us a 90 fee because its “really inconvenient” for them to drive 25 minutes to pick it up. We’re not the ones providing convience here. They’re the ones providing the service who listed it as airport pickup and dropoff only to make us pay way more than we intended to. My boyfriend has used this app many times and has never had an issue not being able to pick it up or drop it off in the airport. Again, the experience with the car was fine, however they deceived us into thinking we would be able to pick it up and drop it off at the airport. It is significantly easier for them to pick it up than for us to pay for extremely overpriced ubers. This is the only time I have ever written a bad review about anything but this really messed up parts of our trip especially when we initially arrived. In their defense, we should have done a better job ensuring it was at the airport before we began our travels, but again my boyfriend has done this so many times and never had an issue with it.

It literally states on the reservation that this vehicle is for pick up only. At no point did you pay for delivery and we have never offered it. That’s crazy you’d give us a bad review because of your mistake
