Charles was great! The car was well kept, clean, and a pleasure to drive. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service from Charles and his wife. Due to a family emergency, I traveled from TX to MI and had to extend my trip. Charles and his wife were more than willing to accommodate us. Their flexibility, understanding, and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. We truly appreciate their kindness and would absolutely recommend renting from them!
